We've been listening to our customers, and many of you have asked for a simpler, more convenient way to handle garbage billing and payments. We are happy to share that this is on the way.
We will be transitioning to a paperless billing system in the near future, which means we will gradually be phasing out mailed statements and check payments.
We are currently working on launching a secure online payment portal that will allow you to easily view your balance and make payments electronically.
More details, including instructions on how to set up your account, will be shared with you soon.
